We are looking for an energetic and reliable Order Processor Associate to join our growing workforce. The ideal candidate will be responsible for providing smooth transactions between the customers and team members. -Review daily shipment log
-Input orders into company system
-Create shipping paperwork for outbound deliveries
-Track shipments and update master list
-Handle any issues or discrepancies with shipments
-Communicate delivery updates with sales team
-Monitor inventory and order more supplies when necessary
-Collaborate with team members to streamline order processes and procedures.
-Discern situations to be able to “Do The Right Thing”
-High school diploma or equivalent
-Proven experience in an administrative support role.
-Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel).
-Good organizational and time-management skills.
-Good written and verbal communication skills.
-Attention to detail and accuracy in work.
-Self-motivated and able to work independently as well as in a team.
-Hourly Starting Rate of $18.00 to $22.00 an hour – with Overtime!!
-Paid Time off – 1 Week Vacation and 1 Week Sick Time and Holidays!!
