NANNY/BABYSITTER IN SAN FRANCISCO, full-time, California
$23.00 – 25.00 per hour
Are you a seasoned babysitter, daycare professional, nanny, or someone who has volunteered in church nurseries? Perhaps you’re a retired teacher or educator seeking a more intimate setting than a traditional classroom? If so, we extend a warm invitation to join our Nanny Team, where you’ll work with a diverse range of wholesome families in the San Mateo and Palo Alto areas. We currently have openings for both full-time and part-time positions.
As a Weekday Nanny, your role entails:
- Engaging children through hands-on activities that align with their interests and age-appropriate developmental milestones
- Providing care for children within their home environment; transportation of children is not required.
- Conducting sensible cleanup related to your activities or meals with the children; household cleaning is not expected.
- Assisting families in need of backup childcare for children spanning from infants to school-age, with a particular demand for those under 2 years old.
We aim to expedite your onboarding, offer some flexibility in days off, and additionally provide:
- Compensation for training and a comprehensive Nanny Kit containing age-appropriate activities and games to enhance your childcare assignments.

For this role, we’re seeking individuals with the following experience and qualifications:
- A minimum of 18 years of age.
- Previous experience working with children, whether compensated or voluntary, supported by a minimum of 2 references.
- Reliable means of transportation and a functional cell phone.
- Current CPR certification or a willingness to obtain it.
- Dedication to clear communication and responsiveness when liaising with a staffing supervisor, coupled with a cheerful demeanor to warmly welcome each family.
Compensation: $23-25 per hour
